Abstract:

Through Final Provision Nine of Law 6/2023, of March 17, on Securities Markets and investment services (published in the Official State Gazette No. 66, of March 18, 2023, pages 40706 to 40956, and that will enter into force twenty days after the aforementioned publication) Law 22/2014, of November 12, is amended.
