Abstract:

This study seeks to provide an overview of the transfer of an undertaking subject to insolvency proceedings and their labor consequences, providing an analysis of several judicial pronouncements, considering the successive reforms of the Spanish Act 22/2003, dated 9th July, on Insolvency.
