Abstract:
The present article discusses the new regulation on the regime of delegation of the functions of management companies of closed-end type collective investment entities (SGEICs) under LAW 22/2014.
The article analyzes the obligations that SGEICs and the delegated, or sub-delegated, entities must comply with, and reflects on the impact of this new regulation on players in this sector.
