(Why needs Spain a Startup Law)

Abstract:

This article examines, in the light of the proposals and historical demands of the Spanish startup ecosystem, the spirit and content of the draft law to promote the startup ecosystem.
A law that is absolutely necessary in the Spanish socio-economic context but which nevertheless is still farfrom being up to the needs of our entrepreneurs and startups.
