Labour Due Diligence: risks and contingencies in a changing framework

Abstract:
This article gathers a global vision on carrying out an employment due diligence process in companies. To this end, we will start the presentation highlighting general topics such as when a labor due diligence should be carried out and the types of due diligence on employment issues that may exist.
In the second chapter, we will go through the various objectives that an employment due diligence exercise must meet to be useful as well as its key issues.
Finally, we will focus our attention on the main labor contingencies that may exist.
