Abstract:

The purpose of this paper is to offer an overview of the incipient regulatory framework existing in Spain on cryptoassets, but, above all, of the important and expected “Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on Markets in Crypto-assets, and amending Directive (EU) 2019/1937”.
