(The capacity of the venture capital company in the liquidation phase).

Abstract:
The venture capital company is a public limited company, so that the LSC applies to it. The regulation of the liquidation of the limited liability company does not alter the company’s capacity, so that the company has the same capacity as during
its active life. However, the question is to determine the limits of the liquidator in the liquidation phase, given that the venture capital company needs administrative authorisation to operate, so that it is questionable whether it is a company
with special capacity even in the liquidation phase or whether the Capital Companies Act applies to it in its entirety.
Keywords: capacity, liquidation, company, liquidator, venture capital.
