(Crowdlending in Spain. Ready to support the economic recovery?)

Abstract:
This paper aims to provide an analysis of the current general vision of the collective financing platform sector in general and, more specifically, of crowdlending platforms in Spain.
To this purpose, the development of this financing tool is analyzed, as well as the legal framework and the main risks affecting it. It analyzes the influence of the crisis caused by Covid-19, its disadvantages and the competitive advantages that can be used to establish itself as an efficient financial tool, supporting the economic recovery of Spain.
