Start-ups financing and seed capital market: must venture capital
and crowdfunding work together?

Abstract:
The economic crisis shows the danger for the companies financing, of relying too much on banks. In this context, the aim of the research is to analyze alternative forms of business financing. In particular, venture capital and crowdfunding. The paper contains a comparative study USA/Spain of the relationship between the two funding mechanisms contractual, and their need from symbiosis.
