Spanish regulation on the marketing of private equity entities

Abstract:

he present publication describes the Spanish applicable regulations to the marketing of Spanish Private Equity Entities (ECR) that was approved by means of Law 22/2014, of 12 November and that represented the transposition in Spain of the European regulations on this matter set out in Directive 2011/61/EU, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 8 June 2011, on Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFMD).
